1. Inquiry & Event Details
Submit an inquiry with your child’s age, event date, location, and any theme ideas. This helps us recommend the best soft play, balloon, and decor options.
2. Custom Design & Quote
We design a setup tailored to your space, guest count, and age range. A custom quote is provided based on selected rentals and services.
3. Deposit & Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Dates are not held until the deposit is received. The deposit is applied toward your total event package.
4. Delivery & Setup
Our team delivers and professionally installs all equipment prior to your event, ensuring everything is secure, clean, and ready for play.
5. Event Enjoyment
Once setup is complete, you’re free to enjoy the celebration while we handle the details.
6. Breakdown & Cleanup
After the event, we return for full teardown and cleanup. No action is required from you.

Yes. All kids rentals are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every event. Safety is our top priority.

Adult supervision is required at all times. We provide safe, professionally installed setups, but children should always be monitored by a parent or guardian.

No. For safety and liability reasons, all equipment must remain in the placement installed by our team.

No. Please do not attempt to dismantle or move rentals. Cleanup and breakdown are included, and client handling increases the risk of damage or injury.

We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and popular party months. Dates are secured on a first-come basis once a deposit is received.
